The next step is to set up an appointment at your convenience for a visit to your home to complete the paperwork. Other options are available to accommodate busy schedules.

Sentry provides you with all Legal Disclosures and the information you need to sell your home successfully. You receive a Sentry Realty yard sign to display on your lawn that includes a space to place your phone number so Buyers can contact you directly to make an appointment to see your home. Also, you choose whether to supply your own picture, or have Sentry Realty provide one at no extra charge. Sentry can have you posted on the MLS and Internet within 48 hours!

A Sentry Agent is available to guide you throughout the process and answer questions you may have. When the moment you've been wanting arrives - a Buyer with an Offer - you will have your own personal coach to help you negotiate the contract.
