Forms
  1. Leave out copies of your residential property disclosure forms for all buyers - It is a legal requirement to make this form available to a buyer, and making it available up front demonstrates your confidence in the condition of your home.
  2. Leave out a flyer with the attributes of your home listed and include price, square footage (not including the basement), number of bedrooms and baths, size of garage, picture of the front of your home and the phone number where you can be reached.
  3. Leave a sign-in sheet for all prospective buyers to fill out and ask for name and phone number. Leave a space for the Realtor to fill out their name if they are with the buyer.
